This was an aesthetic part printed on the Formlabs Form 2 printer in Draft resin, as an exploration into the world of latticed parts.
This part was latticed using nTopology lattice software, after having CADed the part and importing as an .stl file. The top panel of the controller was separated from the body, so that the body would be latticed and the top would remain fully solid.
The TPMS lattice type was chosen to lattice this part as it had the most interesting pattern, and would still be printable. Unfortunately, there were a lot of supports necessary in the Preform software to get rid of unsupported minima. I feel as though the part would have printed fine without all the supports that were added, but all supports were added anyway as a safety precaution.
